OK – I have to admit… we have been here before. But this is the first write up about what we consider the single best restaurant on the east coast.
It is kind of expensive. It is kinda fancy. It is amazing. It has about 15 tables. It is located on Hypolita St, in an old Saint Augustine building. It is hard to get into (make reservations at least a month out). They don’t over mark up the wine (and they have good wine!). They are friendly.
The pics below are from our 32nd anniversary. My wife and I made a long night of it – and man was it awesome. The service is top notch, the food above that. Even the little sorbet between courses is amazing. What can I say? Go here at least one in a lifetime. Discover Collage.
